Account & settings

Your Profile is the hub for your personal details, notifications, security, and account actions. Most settings across the app start here.

Edit your profile

  1. Open Profile from the menu.
  2. Update your avatar, name, username, title, bio, and phone.
  3. Save your changes.

Notifications

  1. Open Notifications from the menu to see booking and activity alerts.
  2. Tap Mark all read to clear the unread badge.
  3. Pull down to refresh.

To receive push notifications, allow notifications when your device asks. The menu shows an unread count so you don't miss anything.

Security

  • Reset your password from the security section of your Profile.
  • Enable biometric sign-in (Face ID / fingerprint) for faster logins — see Create your account & sign in.

Account actions

  • Log out from the bottom of the menu or your Profile.
  • Delete account from the account section of your Profile.

Deleting your account is permanent and removes your data from VIPvybz. Payment and subscription processors (such as Stripe, Apple, or Google) may keep their own records. If you only want to stop notifications or take a break, log out or adjust your device notification settings instead. Privacy requests are also covered in our Privacy Policy.

Other settings in Profile

Your Profile also links to payments and pro tools, including payment handles, gift cards, referrals, invites, your professionals, direct messages, subscriptions, locations, business type, services, charging clients, discovery, and online booking.
