Mobile app & online pro portal
VIPvybz is not mobile-only. You get one account and two ways to work: the mobile app on your phone, and the online pro portal in any web browser. Clients can also book you on the web without installing anything. Everything stays in sync with your account.
One account, everywhere
Sign in with the same username and password on any device. Your sessions, clients, team, locations, and settings are the same wherever you sign in.
The mobile app
- Download for iPhone or Android from the App Store or Google Play.
- Best for on-the-go session management, push notifications, and quick actions.
- Handles in-person card payments with Tap to Pay and Stripe Terminal readers.
- Where you buy and manage app-store subscriptions.
The online pro portal
- Open the pro portal in your browser at https://online.vipvybz.com/pro/login and sign in with the same account.
- Best for day-to-day session and client management on a larger screen.
- Includes the same core tools—Vybz sessions, VIP clients, services, locations, inventory, and in-browser Charge (card payments via Stripe's Payment Element).
- You can also subscribe and manage billing on the web (Stripe), in addition to the app stores.
- Building owners open Facility in the site header (not the Pro sidebar) to manage seats, suite openings, and tenant invites.
Some device-only features (Tap to Pay on iPhone, Stripe Terminal readers, and push notifications) are available in the app rather than the browser.
Web booking for clients
Clients do not need the app to book you. Share your public booking link and they can browse your availability and book in a browser at online.vipvybz.com/book/your-slug. See Public booking link & Discover.
