Book a session

Once you're connected to a professional, open Available, tap their card, and book from Services (open hours) or Special Sessions (one-off titled slots).

No app? No problem. You can also book in a web browser using a pro's public booking link (online.vipvybz.com/book/their-slug)—no download required. See Public booking link & Discover.

Book Services (open hours)

  1. Open Available from the menu.
  2. Tap a professional's card.
  3. Under Services, choose the service you want.
  4. Optionally filter by Today, Weekends, Evening, or pick a specific date.
  5. On the band calendar, tap a colored day stripe and pick a time chip. Use the month controls to browse later months when your pro has open hours further ahead.
  6. If your pro requires an intake or consent form—or a survey—complete it before you can finish booking.
  7. Confirm your booking.

Book from Openings

Some pros publish fillable time to Openings. Open that tab, pick a slot, and book or claim it the same way you would from Available.

Band colors on the calendar

When choosing a time, colored stripes help you scan for the part of day you want:

  • Blue — morning (before noon)
  • Yellow — afternoon (noon to 5 pm)
  • Orange — evening (after 5 pm)

No matching times?

If filters return nothing—or your pro has no open hours yet—tap Let {pro} know on the booking screen. You can add an optional note. When they open matching hours, you'll get a notification and can tap through to book.

Book Special Sessions

One-off titled slots live under the same professional, not in a mixed list below every card.

  1. Open Available and tap the professional.
  2. Open Special Sessions.
  3. Tap a session to see details and book.

The same Special Sessions list is available in the online portal.

Calendar view

In Available, Calendar view opens a Pick a professional sheet first, then the same Services → filters → band calendar flow. Special Sessions stay on the pro's Special Sessions page.

Paying when you book

Some services require a deposit or full payment at booking. When they do, a secure card payment screen appears.

  1. Enter your card details on the secure payment sheet.
  2. Confirm the payment to lock in your booking.

Not every session requires a card. Many professionals accept payment in person or through their own payment handles. See Messaging & paying your pro.
