Create your account & sign in

This guide covers creating a new account, verifying your email, signing in, enabling Face ID, and recovering your username or password.

Create a new account

1. Open the VIPvybz app. On the welcome screen, tap Register (or switch from "Login" to "Register").
2. Enter your details:
   • First name and last name
   • Email address
   • Phone number (optional)
   • A username (remember: usernames are case-sensitive)
   • A password (at least 8 characters)
3. If you were invited, enter your invite code. A client code adds you to a pro's VIP circle; a staff code starts staff registration. See Invite codes, referrals & roles.
4. If you have a referral code, enter it here (it may also fill in automatically from a referral link).
5. Tap Register to submit.

Verify your email

After registering, VIPvybz sends a verification email. You must verify before you can log in.

1. Open the email from VIPvybz and tap the verification link.
2. Return to the app and log in.

Log in

1. On the welcome screen, make sure you are on Login.
2. Enter your username (case-sensitive) and password.
3. Turn on Remember me to stay signed in on this device.
4. Tap Login.

Enable Face ID / biometric sign-in

If your device supports Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock, you can sign in without typing your password.

1. Log in once with your username and password.
2. When prompted, allow biometric sign-in (or enable it from your profile security settings).
3. Next time, tap the biometric option on the login screen to sign in instantly.

Forgot your username or password

Reset your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Enter the email on your account.
3. Follow the reset link sent to your email to choose a new password.

Recover your username

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot username.
2. Enter your email to have your username sent to you.
