Gift cards (VybzAccess)

VIPvybz offers two kinds of gift cards: VybzAccess cards you can spend with any eligible professional, and pro-issued store credit for a specific business.

VybzAccess gift cards

VybzAccess is platform-wide credit you can redeem with any professional set up to accept card payments.

Buy a VybzAccess card

1. Open Profile and tap Gift cards (VybzAccess), or open it from the menu.
2. Choose an amount between $25 and $500.
3. Complete the secure card payment.
4. Your card and its balance are saved to your account.

Redeem a VybzAccess card

• When paying an eligible professional, apply your VybzAccess balance at checkout.

Pro-issued gift cards (store credit)

A professional can issue store credit that's good only with their business. If you receive one:

• The card code and balance are available to you when booking or paying that professional.
• Apply it at checkout with that pro.
