Locations (multi-site)

If you operate from more than one place, VIPvybz lets you manage each location separately. Your sessions, clients, and staff are scoped to whichever location is active.

When you unlock Pro (Stripe Connect or subscription), VIPvybz creates a Main location for you automatically. Rename it or add more sites anytime.

Switch your active location

  1. Open Locations from the menu.
  2. Tap a location to make it active.
  3. Screens like Vybz, VIP, and Booked now show data for that location. Many screens also offer an "all locations" view.

Add a location

  1. In Locations, tap Add location.
  2. Enter the address, phone, and a description.
  3. Save.

Additional locations may require an extra location add-on on top of your Pro plan. See Subscriptions & billing.

Edit a location

Open a location to:

  • Update its address, phone, and description.
  • Manage the location's gallery photos.
  • Assign staff to that location.
  • Turn on suite-neighbor assist if you share a building: same street address as neighbors, Need Help routing, quiet arrival, and optional front-desk staff.

Archive, restore, or delete

  • Archive a location you're not currently using; it moves to your archived list.
  • Restore it later from the archived locations screen.
  • Permanently delete a location you no longer need.
