Manage your bookings

Your appointments live in Booked and on the client calendar (app and website). From there you can review, add them to your device calendar, message your pro, or cancel.

View your bookings

  1. Open Booked from the menu.
  2. Filter by All, Today, or Next 7 days.
  3. Use search and sort to find a specific appointment.
  4. Tap any appointment to open its details.

Past appointments are kept in the archive, and appointments you've made with other professionals appear in your personal appointments list.

When a pro opens hours you requested via Let pro know, you'll get a push notification—tap it to open their booking screen and pick a time.

Add to your calendar

From an appointment's details you can:

  • Add to calendar to save it to your device or Google Calendar.
  • Join Zoom if your pro added a video link.

See everything at a glance

  1. Open Calendar from the menu.
  2. View your month with VIPvybz sessions alongside any connected calendars.
  3. Tap a day to see the details of that day's events.

Cancel a booking

  1. Open the appointment in Booked.
  2. Tap Cancel booking.
  3. Review any cancellation or refund policy shown, then confirm.

Refunds for prepaid sessions follow the professional's policy. If you have questions about a charge, message your pro directly.

Leave a professional

If you no longer want to stay in a pro's VIP circle, open My VIPs from your Profile and leave that professional. See Find a professional.
