Messaging & paying your pro

Keep the conversation and your payments organized. VIPvybz includes direct messaging, and lets professionals share the payment handles they accept.

Send a direct message

Direct messaging is available in the mobile app today.

  1. Open Direct messages from the menu or your Profile.
  2. Tap a conversation to open the thread, or start one from a pro's profile, an appointment, or your professionals list.
  3. Type your message and send.

You can delete your own messages, or delete an entire thread from the conversation.

Pay your professional

Beyond card payments taken at booking, many pros accept peer-to-peer payments through apps like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

  1. Open your pro's profile or a booked appointment, then choose Pay pro.
  2. Pick one of the payment handles they've listed.
  3. The corresponding payment app opens so you can send the amount.

Peer-to-peer payments happen inside the other app (Venmo, Cash App, etc.), not inside VIPvybz. Confirm the amount and recipient before sending.

In-person and card payments

When you visit, a professional may charge you directly through their point-of-sale, or a service may have required a card payment when you booked. Card payments are handled on a secure payment screen.
