What is VIPvybz?
VIPvybz is a scheduling and booking platform that connects professionals with the clients they serve. Professionals set open hours and special sessions ("Vybz"), invite their clients into a private VIP circle, and manage their entire schedule, team, and payments—from the mobile app or the online pro portal in any web browser. Clients book those times, message their pro, and keep every appointment in one place.
App or browser—your choice. VIPvybz works on the mobile app and the online pro portal on the web, with the same account. Clients can even book you in a browser with no app. See Mobile app & online pro portal.
Ways to use VIPvybz
- Mobile app — iPhone or Android; best for on-the-go management, notifications, and in-person card payments.
- Online pro portal — sign in from any web browser for the same tools on a larger screen.
- Web booking link — clients can browse your availability and book in a browser without installing the app.
Who VIPvybz is for
VIPvybz adapts to three kinds of users. The screens and menu options you see depend on which role you are.

Key concepts
- Vybz — a bookable session or time slot that a professional offers. It can be open (available to book) or booked.
- VIP circle — a professional's client book. Pro includes Public, Referred, and Trusted. Invite regulars by email (Trusted); the public booking link is the door into Public.
- Boost — a way for pros to highlight a session and notify their clients so it fills faster.
- Circles — groups used to organize clients, sessions, or staff (VIP Circles, Vybz Circles, Team Circles, Schedule Circles).
- Active location — for pros with more than one site, the location currently in focus. Most data is filtered by it.
Some professional features (like a team roster, extra VIP circles, Vybz / Team / Schedule Circles, analytics, or extra locations) require a paid subscription or add-on.
