Payments, POS & inventory

VIPvybz gives professionals several ways to get paid: card payments through Stripe, an in-app point of sale, product inventory, gift cards, and peer-to-peer payment handles.

Connect card payments (Stripe)

To take card payments — booking deposits, point-of-sale sales, gift cards, and VybzAccess — connect a Stripe account. When charges are enabled, Pro unlocks free on VIPvybz.

See Set up Stripe Connect for the full walkthrough (mobile app steps, free Pro, and troubleshooting).

Peer-to-peer payment handles

Prefer apps like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal? Add your handles so clients can pay you directly.

  1. Open Profile → Payment methods & handles.
  2. Add each handle you accept.
  3. Clients see these when they choose Pay pro.

When clients report a payment they've sent, review it under incoming payment notices.

Pay Anytime lets a client (or family) settle a visit balance before, during, or after the appointment via a shareable pay link. You can also log cash, check, and walk-in receipts so Insights match the drawer.

Charge a client (point of sale)

  1. Open Charge Client from your Profile or the menu.
  2. Build a cart from your inventory, or enter a custom amount.
  3. Take payment with the on-screen Payment Sheet, Tap to Pay, a connected card reader, or a saved card.

Manage inventory

Open Inventory to run your retail side:

  • Add products and variants; adjust stock levels.
  • Leave barcode blank when adding a product to auto-assign one, or enter a manufacturer barcode.
  • Print a scannable barcode label from Inventory (app or pro portal).
  • Track suppliers and purchase orders.
  • See low-stock alerts and sales reports.
  • At Charge, use the barcode scanner (or type the code) to add products to a sale.

Issue gift cards

You can issue store credit for your own clients.

  1. Open Issue gift cards from your Profile.
  2. Create a card; the client can redeem it with you.
  3. View balances and codes anytime.

Clients can also buy platform-wide VybzAccess credit that works with any Stripe-connected pro.

Card features (POS, deposits, gift cards, VybzAccess) require a connected Stripe account. Peer-to-peer handles do not.

Also on the web. You can charge clients from the online pro portal using in-browser Charge (Stripe's Payment Element). Device-only options like Tap to Pay and card readers work in the mobile app.
