Public booking link & Discover
Let clients book you without an invite. A public booking link gives you a shareable web page and QR code, and Discover visibility lists you in the in-app marketplace.
Set up your public booking link
- Open Profile → Online booking (or the public booking link screen).
- Turn online booking on.
- Set your public slug — this becomes your web address, for example
/book/your-slug. - Save.
Share your booking page
- Share the URL directly in messages, email, or social media.
- QR code — display or print it (there's a printable poster) so clients can scan to book.
- Embed the link on your own website.
Set a buffer between clients
In your online booking settings, choose a time between clients (0, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) so appointments don't stack back-to-back.
Discover visibility
Discover is the in-app marketplace where signed-in clients find new pros. You are not listed until you turn visibility on. A public booking link is a separate control and does not list you in Discover.
- Open Discover or your Dashboard and find the Discovery visibility control.
- Turn visibility on to appear in Discover and Near Me searches.
- Leave it off (or turn it off later) to stay invite-only.
Your public booking page shows your services and hours whose audience includes Public (the Public circle). Existing unrestricted hours stay listed until they are tagged. People who book through the link join your Public circle. Those hours stay visible to your inner book as well. See VIP clients & VIP Circles.
On the web, clients pick a service, a team member (if you have staff), then choose a time on the band calendar (calendar is the default; list view is still available). Colored bars and time chips match the mobile app: blue morning (before noon), yellow afternoon (noon to 5 pm), and orange evening (after 5 pm). See Book a session for the in-app flow.
