Salon suite buildings

VIPvybz can be a lease amenity for an independent salon suite building. The facility owner licenses Pro seats. Each renter stays an independent professional with their own book, payments, and VIP circle.

This is not property management. Owners do not collect suite rent, see tenant calendars, or read client names in VIPvybz.

For facility owners

Any signed-in account can create a building in the facility portal (site header Facility). Creating a building is not paywalled and grants a 10-seat, 30-day trial.

  1. Open Facility and create a building on Home. You can add another building later from the same page.
  2. Use the left sidebar: Home, Tenants, Suite openings, Applications, and Add seats.
  3. Invite tenants by email from Tenants. Existing VIPvybz accounts join immediately. Others get an Accept invite link at online.vipvybz.com/facility/join/CODE that finishes joining after they sign in.
  4. Publish suite openings (Instant, Review, or Waitlist) so renters can apply from the app. Print the building lobby QR so waiting clients see featured opted-in pros and request access — they do not land on an open calendar unless that pro already allows public booking.
  5. Watch seats used, who accepted, and building-circle request volume. That is all.

What owners can see

  • License seats purchased, used, and available.
  • Tenant display names and invite status (invited / active / left).
  • Whether a tenant opted into the building circle or lobby directory.
  • Building-circle request counts (not who the clients are).

What owners cannot see

  • Tenant client lists, notes, or intake.
  • Tenant calendars or appointment details.
  • How much a tenant charged a client (GMV).

For tenants (suite renters)

  1. If the owner invited your email, you are joined automatically. Otherwise accept from the email link or online.vipvybz.com/facility/join/CODE.
  2. In the app, open BUILDING ACCESS (also on Profile). Use Find for suite openings, My building for membership, and Applications to track requests. There is no invite-code field.
  3. You remain your own Pro. Staff under you are still your team — not the building's.
  4. Pin your suite location and turn on suite-neighbor assist so Need Help can reach a neighbor who opted in.
  5. Optionally join the Building VIP Circle and appear on the lobby QR. Clients of a neighbor may request access to you. You accept or decline. Their roster is never copied to you automatically in reverse.

BUILDING ACCESS is not the same as the OPENINGS tab. Openings are appointment slots. Suite openings are vacant chairs in a building.

Lobby QR

Each facility has a public tablet page at online.vipvybz.com/lobby/{slug}. Put that URL on a stand in the waiting room. Featured, opted-in pros appear. Visitors request access with a name and email or phone.

License pools

After the 30-day trial, buy a monthly seat pool from Add seats in the facility portal. List price is 10 seats $49.99/mo, 25 seats $99.99/mo, or 50 seats $159.99/mo. Unused seats stay reserved for that building. Owners do not pay a cut of tenant bookings or suite rent.
