VIP clients & VIP Circles
Your VIP list is your client roster. VIP Circles group those clients so you can control who sees which hours. Pro includes three base circles from day one.
The three base circles (included with Pro)

On an availability window you can choose which circle sees those hours. Extra named circles beyond these three are an add-on — see Subscriptions & billing.
VIP QuickStart
When you open the VIP tab, a short VIP QuickStart guide walks through invites, your VIP LIST, and circles. Dismiss it anytime; reopen it from the VIP app bar if you want a refresher. (This is separate from the global Pro QuickStart at first setup.)
Manage your VIP clients
- Open VIP from the menu.
- Search and sort your clients at the active location.
- Tap a client to view or edit their notes, call or email them, send a direct message, or Quick Book them into open hours.
Add clients
- Invite via email — send an invite that a client redeems to join your Trusted circle. If they already have a VIPvybz account with that email, they can auto-join.
- Add new VIP — add a client directly.
- Import — upload a roster from a CSV file; optionally send VIP and booking-link invites in bulk.
- Client referrals — let Trusted clients share a personal invite link. New people join Referred, or land on a waitlist you manage if you are not accepting new clients right now.
Export and remove
- Export your client list to CSV or PDF.
- Remove clients individually, or use select mode to remove several at once. Clients can also leave your practice themselves from My VIPs on their side.
More VIP Circles
Create extra named groups (Regulars, a site, a Saturday color) with VIP Single ($1.99/mo per extra circle, stackable; delete frees a seat) or VIP Circles unlimited ($5.99/mo). A client can be in more than one circle. Invites and add-client default to Trusted. Assign On my public link to hours that should appear on your public page; those hours stay visible to your inner book as well.
- From VIP, open VIP Circles.
- Create a circle and give it a name, or use a system circle.
- Add or remove members.
- When creating hours or a session, assign an audience (Public for the live link, Trusted or a named circle for the inner book).
Public, Referred, and Trusted come with Pro. Extra VIP circles, plus Vybz, Team, and Schedule Circles, are per-type: $1.99/mo per extra circle of that type (stackable; delete frees a seat), or $5.99/mo unlimited of that type. See Subscriptions & billing.
Client notes & payments
- Keep private notes on each client from their profile.
- Review incoming payment notices when clients report payments they've sent you.
