Create & manage Vybz sessions

A "Vybz" is a bookable session you offer. The Vybz area is your scheduling home base: create sessions one at a time or in bulk, boost them, book clients in, and manage everything in list or calendar view.

View and filter your sessions

  1. Open Vybz from the menu.
  2. Switch between list and calendar views.
  3. Filter by status (All / Open / Booked) and time (Any / Today / Next 7 days).
  4. Use search to find a session by title.
  5. If you have multiple locations, toggle between the active location and all locations.

Create a single session

  1. In Vybz, tap Create Vybz.
  2. Enter a title and set the start and end times.
  3. Optionally assign staff, a location, and one or more circles (to control who sees it).
  4. Save. The session appears as open and bookable.

Create many sessions at once

  • Add multiple — use bulk availability to create a batch of open slots quickly.
  • Availability windows — set and edit recurring open hours (see Services & availability). Clients book these under Services on your Available card, or from Openings when you publish there.

Book a client into a session

You can reserve an open slot on a client's behalf (great for walk-ins and phone bookings).

  1. Open an open session's detail sheet.
  2. Choose Book for client.
  3. Select an existing client, or add a walk-in/contact.
  4. Confirm the booking.

Waitlist

Clients can join a waitlist for you, a service, or a daypart. When someone cancels late, you can offer the gap to the queue or Boost it to a circle. Open the waitlist viewer to see who is waiting — it is not a public marketplace blast.

Boost a session

Boosting highlights a session and notifies your VIP circle so it fills faster.

  1. Open the session and tap Boost.
  2. Choose which circle(s) to notify.
  3. Confirm. Boosting uses a boost credit, or is unlimited if you have the Unlimited Monthly Boost add-on.

Edit, cancel, or delete

  • Open a session to edit its details, cancel a booking, or delete it.
  • Use select mode to bulk-select and delete several sessions at once.

Special sessions vs open hours. A special session is a one-off titled slot you create in Vybz; clients open it under Special Sessions on your Available card. Availability windows (Open Hours) are recurring bookable times tied to services—clients book those under Services. They are not mixed in one flat list.

Organize your sessions into Vybz Circles (like classes or programs), and manage who can see them with VIP Circles.

When sessions get booked, manage them in Manage booked sessions.
