Your building is not a stack of fragmented apps.
For independent salon suite facility owners who want tenants to stay, renew, and look like a luxury hub — without taking over anyone's book. VIPvybz is a scheduling amenity you can bundle into the lease.

Your place in this picture
You run the building. They run their suites. Each stylist, lash artist, and barber keeps their own VIP circle, Stripe account, and calendar. You offer a turnkey Pro seat, a lobby QR directory, and optional in-building referrals — privacy intact. This is not rent collection or a Sola-style property manager.
How professionals use VIPvybz for salon suite buildings
- Talk with us about a 30-day building pilot — one TrialCode for your tenants.
- Hand each new renter a welcome link. They create their own Pro account; you do not own their clients.
- Ask tenants to list the same street address and turn on suite-neighbor assist so Need Help can reach a neighbor.
- Feature opted-in pros on a lobby QR directory. Waiting clients request VIP access — they do not dump onto calendars.
- When a client trusts one suite, they can request access to a participating neighbor. Rosters stay private.
- After the pilot, purchase a license pool — 10 seats $49.99/mo, 25 seats $99.99/mo, or 50 seats $159.99/mo — if the building wants to keep the amenity.
Tenants still choose how they get paid — Stripe deposits and Tap to Pay, or Venmo / Cash App / PayPal. You never see their client payments.
What remains yours to command
| What you see | License seats used, who accepted, lobby opt-ins |
|---|---|
| What you never see | Tenant client names, calendars, or GMV |
| Tenant independence | Each renter is their own Pro — not your staff |
| Lobby | QR directory; request access, not open walk-in booking |
| Building circle | Opt-in cross-referral; private lists stay private |
| Payments | Their Stripe or P2P wallets — not a forced platform cut |
If your building is on VIPvybz, tenants keep the inner-circle model they already use as independents.
Add-ons in practice
Optional tools — use only what fits your book. See membership.
| VIP Circles | Each tenant keeps their own regulars. The building never sees those lists. |
|---|---|
| Locations | Tenants pin the suite address so neighbor assist and the lobby directory match. |
| Public booking | Lobby QR shows featured opted-in pros. Clients request access; calendars stay gated. |
For your clients
Clients in the lobby scan a building QR, see featured pros, and request access. They book only when that pro allows it.
