Salon suite buildings: a seat pool for the owner, a private book for every renter.

Facility portal — create a building at online.vipvybz.com/facility (10-seat, 30-day trial); then Add seats (10 / 25 / 50)
Suite openings — owner publishes vacant chairs (Instant / Review / Waitlist). Not the appointment Openings tab
Building Access — tenants use Find / My building / Applications in the app after an email invite or join code
Lobby QR — tablet page at online.vipvybz.com/lobby/{slug}; guests request access
Building VIP circle — opted-in tenants appear on the lobby; the owner never sees tenant books or GMV
Suite assist — neighbor Need Help routing in the same building

The book starts with three circles. They come with Pro.

Available is organized per professional — Services and Special Sessions, not a mixed list.

Grouped by pro — each followed professional shows Services (bookable 1:1 / open hours) and Special Sessions (one-off titled slots)
Special Sessions page — a dedicated list in the app and the online portal
Steady empty state — Available no longer flashes “nothing available” while the feed loads
Calendar feed — the Calendar tab loads your client feed when you open it

Longer lists — slot and service lists paginate; Vybz navigation opens Services correctly

Editable open hours — set recurring availability windows with services, buffers, audience, and resources
Openings — publish open hours to VIP, staff, or Openings; clients and staff book or claim from the Openings tab
Browse by month — when booking a pro, page into later months (within the booking horizon) to see open times further ahead
Personal calendar events — pros add private events on My Calendar, with optional sync and reminders
Quick Book — book a client from My Calendar or a VIP card without leaving the flow
Leave a professional — clients can remove a pro from My VIPs when the relationship ends
VIP QuickStart — a short guide when you open the VIP tab (invite codes, VIP LIST, circles)
VIP invites — auto-join when the email already has an account; bulk roster import with optional VIP + booking-link invites
